We are proud to have been asked to install the gym mirrors and dance barres into the fitness gym and studio of the newly re-developed Batchwood Golf and Tennis Centre. Following the original building being destroyed by fire in August 2011, like a phoenix rising from the ashes, the re-development of the state of the art specialist sports centre is now nearing completion. Contractors Willmott Dixon are working on behalf of St. Albans City and District Council.
Bespoke Gym Mirrors & Barres
Our bespoke Image”18″ specialist gym mirror and barre system was the perfect choice for installing into the new 40 station multi-gym. Whilst providing a sleek modern look to complement the fresh design of the sports centre, our Image”18″ High Impact safety mirrors also bring the high safety standards which today’s health and safety standards require. Our Image “18” Mirrors are the top of our range in gym mirrors and safety mirrors are constructed using a unique cross linked Class “A” safety backing and an absorbing cushioner that will not shatter if broken. The “secret” mechanical fixings are made from our aluminium “J” carriers which gives a sleek finish without the need for any unsightly screw fixings as well as giving a high quality reflective image. A high quality polished oak wood barre completed the mirror and barre installation.
Gym Equipment and other Facilities
Our gym mirrors went into the new gym and fitness studio, it features a wide range of fitness equipment aimed at improving health and wellbeing. A separate conditioning gym has increased the size of the facilities. Other facilities include six indoor tennis courts, a special Judo facility, two squash courts and a bar. It will also house Batchwood Hall Golf Club and Batchwood Hall Bowling Club and aims to be a centre for sports excellence.
