Actress Kym Marsh attended the opening of the all new Queen’s Park Sports Centre in Chesterfield. Photos and videos show the Coronation Street star working hard at the new sports centre in front of our Image “18” mirrors and barres. After leading a fitness class she was introduced to some of her fans who came along to celebrate the opening.
The new £11.25 million centre has been built by construction company Morgan Sindall and boast a selection of up to date facilities that are now on offer to the local community. These include an eight lane swimming pool with spectator seating, a learner pool with movable floor and water features, an eight court sports hall, an 80 station gym, two glass back squash courts with movable wall, a dance studio space, three training rooms, an activity studio, a variety of changing facilities, a cafe and social spaces and a midwifery centre.
High Spec Mirrors & Barres Fitted at the New Sports Centre
A team of our fitters completed the installation of our top of the range mirrors and barres at the new Queens Park Sports Centre. Nearly 60 square metres of Image “18” High Impact mirrors were fitted into the Activity Studio and the Fitness Suites, with the addition of single tier beech barre to the ones in the Activity Studio.
Our Image “18” High Impact mirrors are our top of the range design of dance and gym mirrors. Designed and constructed with safety and style in mind, they incorporate an impact resistant cushioner and a cross-linked class A safety backing. The Image “18” Mirrors are installed mechanically using our purpose made polished Aluminium “J” carriers and mirror adhesive. This avoids the use of unsightly screws and results in a more secure fixing method and a high quality image reflection. A beech single tier barre completes the installation.
A range of 6mm silvered vanity mirrors were also installed into various changing rooms.
