Charlotte Toner is a highly experienced ballet dancer. In the past she has danced with the National ballet of Portugal and Dutch National Ballet, before joining the Birmingham Royal Ballet as a choreologist. Charlotte began teaching ballet to adults 19 years ago. Since then her classes have become very popular indeed! Charlotte has even appeared on GMTV, demonstrating her unique exercise programme.
