The Glass Installations team have again been busy installing brand new equipment into education establishments. Our installation team have been travelling up and down the country to install large gym mirrors and ballet barres in a range of Academies, Colleges and Universities. Our mirrors for schools began increasing in popularity a few years back with the Building Schools for Future projects (BSF). We have since installed hundreds of school mirrors including safety mirrors and some shatter-resistant mirrors in their dance, theatre and performing arts departments as well as smaller mirror installations in music practice rooms.
Recent Installations
Our recent mirror and ballet barre installations include mainly Image “6” safety mirrors fitted with integral single tier ballet barres. We installed this combination in Thorns Community School and Harborne Academy in the West Midlands, Ormiston Park Academy, Essex, St Edmund’s School, Portsmouth and New Swindon College. The project at Bristol University, Richmond Building was fitted with our High Impact Image “18” mirrors and single tier ballet barre.
