Wall mirrors are not just for dance studios and gyms. This latest installation shows how our mirror systems can be used to enhance a room or entrance hall. It also incorporates a protection barrier to guard against breakages.
We were contacted by Trinity Medical Imaging, with their requirements for a run of wall mirrors to be installed into their entrance hall.
Bespoke Wall Mirrors
Bobby, from Trinity Medical Imaging, wanted a run of mirrors to enhance their entrance hall. Patients visiting the centre are quite frequently transported into the practice on trolleys. As a result, Bobby asked if we could incorporate a protection barrier into the mirror construction to help guard against damage to the mirrors, as well as ensuring safety for his patients. This also takes the safety of our Image 18 High Impact Mirror System to an even higher level than usual.
We fitted a horizontal barrier protection panel into the mirror design, as well as protection to the corners. This not only provided the protection required, but also coordinated with the flooring of the hallway, therefore creating a warm and inviting entrance hall.
High Impact Safety Mirrors – A Safe Mirror System
Where mirrors are concerned, safety is paramount! Our Image 18 Mirror System offers a high quality image reflection, whilst offering a high level of safety. It is manufactured using a 6mm mirror and fixed to the wall using with a purpose made aluminium J carrier. All of our installations include the application of Class A safety backing, therefore should a breakage occur the mirror is held intact. By backing the mirrors with a 12mm polystyrene cushion, we also provide an impact absorption area. This helps to prevent breakages should there be an accidental collision with the mirrors. As a result, this makes our Image 18 Mirror System the ideal choice for multi-purpose and communal areas.
